Each piece blends traditional craftsmanship with modern, trend-forward design. We also offer limited Mens wear including party wear Kurta Pajama, and Jacket sets.

2. Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact our support team immediately at support@elegancebydee.com

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

    You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through the “My Orders” section of your account.

Q: Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next?

A: Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in the next 2 days. In case the parcel is still not delivered you can call or email us so you can submit your delivery request to the courier.

Q: The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

A: Check with your neighbor/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. Try to contact the courier to cross check if someone has signed the package. If no one accepted the delivery,  email us on support@elegancebydee.com 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: EleganceByDee follows a no-return policy. Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products, reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear opening video of the package. To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@elegancebydee.com with your order details and opening video.

Q: Do your sizes run true to standard measurements?

A: Most of our styles run true to size, but some fits vary by fabric or design. We include fit notes under the product description to help you choose.
